Alongside my passion for teaching, I also participate in competitive  judo!

I’m currently developing a boxercise class to commence next term, with the aim of improving cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, agility and balance. This would be a cardio class that incorporates muscle endurance conditioning with emphasis on core muscle exercises.
